Model 3 dual motor screech at high speeds

I've noticed that at high-speeds, around above 115, the car tends to have a very high pitched screech. It only grows as speed goes up. At 140 it sounded like a continuous high pitched police siren, with no breaks in the sound to be noticed. Could it be a break issue? Could it notorious break squeak the has been an issue?
