$250 shipped from Middle-of-Nowhere New Mexico (as in, I think there are 3 Model 3s in my town, and I am not driving an hour and a half to meet meet anyone else . I can’t guarantee no blemishes, but any that exist would only be noticed by an insane person once actually mounted on the vehicle.

Does it need new adhesive?

Yes, it will need new adhesive. I can include a roll of what I used to put on my aftermarket spoiler, but would honestly just recommend you go on Amazon and find a roll of well-liked double-sided adhesive tape. It is not expensive.
