Model S differences between Turbine and Twin Turbine wheels

I only see 1 difference between the 21" Turbine and Twin Turbine wheels and it looks like the lug nuts have a cover on them. I just purchased a used Model S and I am looking at alternates to the ones that have come on the car which I believe are the Twin Turbine wheels. Below is what is on the car now.

I guess I forgot to ask the question. Are there any other differences between the 2 wheels?

Old turbines look more symmetrical

I find myself a bit confused looking at the twins, but its all personal taste.
