Model X with 22- inch wheels

IMO - Just. Don't. Do it. I've driven both, and "settled" on the 20's for several reasons (quietness, comfort, and more range). The 20's are also WAY cheaper, and you can powdercoat each wheel for ~$150 each to make them look much nicer if you don't like the way they look.
 
As someone with 22s I would recommend you opt for the 20" option and look on the forums for 22" version on sale. I've seen them go for anywhere between $2k-$3,500 lightly used (compared to $5.5k when new from Tesla). If you have the space to store some extra wheels, this is a better option IMO.

Also, please be warned that you may experience anywhere between 10-20% range loss due to the 22" wheels.

But cool factor of the 22" is unmatched.

Thank you all. I have decided for 20s.
Soon project:
Powder coating in satin black
Add front Spacer,10mm (looking to buy)
Add rear spacer,20mm (looking to buy)
Future project:
Might put 275/45/20 tires on front
And 285/45/20 tires on rear
