But, to answer your questions:

Bought them from another Tesla member. They were taken off a 2023 at delivery. They include everything, including tpms. Basically new pull offs from. 2023 Model Y 2023.

I haven’t used them. I planned on using them as winter wheels but now want to go aftermarket.

Center caps are included.
