After reading all the horrible stories in regards to QA. I am relieved to have found none. First things I tested were opening and closing the trunk from interface and checking to make sure trunk properly closed. Did a loop from Burbank, to Mid City then to Pasadena. No issues to be found.

On a side note, I cannot express my disappointment with our original service advisor from Fremont that delayed our delivery 5 times and even switched our VIN twice. Which resulted in redoing our Tesla insurance twice. Hats off to the service staff at Burbank Tesla, thank you for helping us and making things right.
