In Chicago area. I have a VIN. I am still able to edit the Registration and Address information on the website.
I will give away my personal Tesla account. This account also comes with a Cybertruck reservation.

Delivery can be scheduled for November 21st (in 5 days)! Otherwise they will place it on hold for 30 days.
