Does 19" Gemini wheel have different tire? Why this one look different? Does this one fit MYLR 2023?

Assuming you're asking about the wheel and not the tire? If so, it looks like an OEM 19" wheel for the MY to me.

Reason it looks different is because the factory aero cover is missing. Some owners like to remove the aero caps. The grey part in the middle is likely an aftermarket cover that was used in lieu of the optional wheel nut covers and center caps sold on shop.tesla.com. Here's a pic from the store:
