MSLR - Can you use 265 tires instead of 295??

Hey Folks,

Well My '21 MSLR is now due for new tires. In looking at Costco, while they do carry tires that appear compatible with the car but the dimentions are not the same.

The cars factory tires are:

REAR: 295/30 ZR21
FRONT: 265/35 ZR21.

Costco carries:

REAR: 265/35 ZR21
FRONT: 245/35 ZR21

Would these fit on the rims?

Even if they fit, Costco won't install them if they aren't the original size. They wouldn't even replace the existing tires I had on my 20" wheels since the car didn't come with them.
