Hello all, new Model X Long Range owner here (Jan ‘20), in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont. It has been a journey getting to this point - I got inspired last June to get off fossil fuels; in my case heating oil and gasoline. Put in a solar array heat pumps, and car charger. Bought a Model 3 AWD last fall but it irritated my neck to the point that I had to return it. Big disappointment. Looked at all the other options (drove most) and once again, Tesla was the only real choice.
My MX is by far the biggest fanciest car I’ve ever owned - M3 is more my habitual style, and my past is A4s and a TL - but so far I love the feel from the front seat, under that great big canopy. My hope is that in addition to being a good snow car, we will be able to enjoy some road trips around North America. Planning a drive to New Orleans very soon.
