My 2018 Model S just stop charging….

I was charging car at working when I get a crazy alert from my Tesla saying charging as ceased. The connector was hot to the touch so I just disconnected it because I had enough charge to get home.. I decided to swing by a supercharger on my way home to quickly charge the car and I was not able to charge….i took pictures of the phone app and cars display panel….maybe a hard reset would resolve the issue

If the connector is hot to touch, there is high resistance, either from corrosion or a loose terminal.

There is not really much to comment or speculate on given the info you provided. If the car won’t charge, either level 2 or supercharging, it needs service. Could be the onboard charger, or could be that the bad/hot connection you describe damaged the charge port itself, etc etc.

I would say to drive over to a Tesla service center right away. Don't wait for an appointment through the app.
