My first mobile service experience was great. The mobile service van arrived right on time when they said they would. Got a call about 30 minutes in advance to let me know when the mobile service can would arrive at my house. The technician was very courteous, friendly and professional. Replaced my right repeater camera and right brake light in about 30 minutes. When he was done, he asked me if I needed anything else and if I am satisfied with my Model 3. 1000% better than your ICE auto shops where you have to wait forever, and then some "grease monkey" tries to nickle and dime you about more stuff that they want to "fix".
