MYP Downsizing to 275/45/R19

Hello anyone here has a lowered MYP that is running a 275 /45 R19 on 19x9.5 +35mm? My plan is to do a square setup. My car is currently lowered on the stock Uberturbines. Do you have any rubbing issues when the car is lowered?

Should I go:
275 /45 R19 or 255 /45 R19

275/45/19 on one of our client's MYP lowered on Eibach springs. He mentioned it was a bit bubbly but no rubbing.

Taller tire with a larger width will make the tire look bulgy as you can see in that shot with 275/45/19’s. Generally 275/40/19 is a good place to start before going lower profile with 275/35/19.
