Need help with new to me MS 75

So I just picked up a 16 MS 75 from a local private party and need help setting up the Tesla app to the car. I have the previous owners password if necessary. Can anyone help me out with that?

Besides making sure mobile access is turned on, which I would think it is since the previous owner was using it, I would contact Tesla directly. Create an account on Tesla.com and then they can assign the car to your account at which point when you sign in with the mobile app the car should show up. Hope that helps.

I called Tesla today. They explained that I won't be able to do that until I can prove the car is mine so will have to wait till the title comes in and I get to AAA to transfer in my name. I'll just have to be a bit patient.

It took about 7 business days for Tesla to setup up mine so just be patient and make sure you send in all the correct documents to Tesla when you have them
