Not sure if Tesla will get any Tax credit under the new Tax Bill introduced in 2022, otherwise, Tesla ran out of the Federal and Tax credit sometime in in 2020/21 as they reached the max vehicle sale cap limit covered under the tax credit. Please do some research or talk to a CPA to ascertain tax credit availability under both State and Federal law.
