New and Used EV Tax Credit?

Hi TMC,

We purchased a new Model Y and we are going to sell our old Model 3 and possibly buy a used plug-in hybrid. I have looked and so far haven't seen anything that states that we (my Wife and I) can't claim both the new and used EV tax credit in the same year. Does anyone know if there is any limitation here that I may have missed?

Did you ever get a good answer? I don't see anything either, but want to confirm as well.
