No access to account

Anyone having trouble accessing your account. I can’t log into the app or into my online account. The error message says email address is not registered. I’ve been driving a Tesla for almost 4 years. Tried restarting my phone to no avail. Of course it’s impossible to give them a call.

I guess they must be doing big changes... i too was without access to my Tesla account for some time today.
Now it's back. (i'm in Europe)
