Just a brief search led me to this:

A tech package, with seven years of maps and navigation, LED daytime running and cornering lights, keyless entry, memory seats and more costs $3,500.

also:

1) GPS. Until Tesla Superchargers are at every corner of the roads, I need a GPS navigation system to compare miles-to-destination and battery-gauge-miles to ensure adequate buffering. I suppose you can save some money by using a portable GPS (such as cell phone) instead.

2) Homelink: I guess you can bring your own garage remote controls instead.

3) Electrochromatic mirrors: You can wear sunglasses at night instead and save a few thousand dollars.

4) Automatic Keyless Entry: Approaching and leaving the car with no worries of unlocking/locking. I don't need to push any buttons. It just knows what I want! But you don't have to be spoiled and save a few thousand bucks.

I have the tech package on my 2013 and I can confirm all the above is correct except one thing, I have led interior lights also
