1. Yes, they will fit without any issues.
2. Forged Atomic Wheels for Model 3/Y have a payload of 800kg. At the same time being forged, they are stronger when it comes to huge impacts compared to cast wheels. The new M3P has decent 20" forged wheels by the way. Thank you, Tesla!

4. If we are talking about M3P, 255/40/18 would be in the upper limit, I would recommend using 235/45 or 245/45
