Oregon License Plate Lookup

We just moved to Oregon. A month or two ago someone posted a link to a site where you can check whether a given custom plate is available in OR. I even tried it and found a few available choices. I thought it was a DMV site, but I can't find it now, and maybe it was a third party. Can anyone help? We need to get a cool new plate!

If the link makes you "start over", its the 3rd option down from the "registration" tab which is located in the center of the page towards the top..
