Ottawa Toyota dealer selling slightly used 2022 Model 3' and Y's!

Took our Prius in for service and was surprised to see several very shiny Performance 3's and Y's for sale.They had super low kms, like 75, 115 etc and according to the Carfax
guide were from Quebec and ownership was originally lease's.
Very odd I thought!
