Plaid/Refresh squeaky seat

Does anyone have an issue with their driver seat squeaking? Its not super loud or consistent, but it is getting annoying.

Yes. Same issue in addition to multiple others with this car. Only 3 weeks old.

Rear passenger seat squeaks when no one is in it. Drives me nuts.

Any ideas on how to resolve the squeaks? I have a squeaking sound coming from the rear driver side. I suspect it’s the latch that holds the rear seat to the frame…

I put some electrical tape around the latch bar, completely gone and no impact to function of release.

Do this. Fixed my issue, but don’t layer too thick or the seat won’t fully lock.

I just tried, and it still squeaks! I folded the rear seat down, and pressing on top of the folded seat back I can hear a slight squeak. So I think its actually the hinge at the bottom of the seat back… but I have white seats. Might have to request a service for this one…

I requested service for this issue and SC fixed it by tightening the screws.

We had this in our '21 refresh on the left,rear passenger seat. Just wrap a thin layer around the latch and that should take care of it.
