The double-stack has to be resting on something. It doesn't have to be the floor, you could add a concrete pad for it, or do something similar. There was a thread on here in the past few months where someone built a (wood I believe) platform for his PWs to rest on, to double-stack higher off the floor. I don't recall hearing whether that succeeded (i.e. Tesla installed on top of it) or not. Perhaps they never did it, what I recall was someone asking what the bottom of the PW looked like so they knew where the strong points needed to be on their platform.
