Premium connectivity issues.

Hi everyone!
I hope someone here can help me with my issue.
Recently(1,5 month ago), I bought the MS 2016Y, from the third party, not from Tesla. At the software screen I have Premium connectivity Included, but instead it's basic. No sat View, no spotify(works only through hot spot)...
When I got the car and call to Tesla support, they told me "wait ownership change, when it's will be OK". Now the ownership confirmed, also Tesla app working. But issue not solved. I have been at SC Vantaa on 7th August, they don't know what the problem is.
Does anyone have same issue and know that the problem could it be? Thanks for help.

When you say "3rd party" are you talking private party or dealership? If it's the former and the car had Free Premium data for life it should transfer to you free of charge. If it's the latter... you're SOL. This is why so many on the forum agree that buying private party is the preferred method currently. Stay tuned though because that could change next week since Tesla is the worst.

I bought this car from leasing company, but does it mean something? There is a clearly on Tesla site about premium connectivity :"All cars ordered on or before June 30, 2018 receive Premium Connectivity automatically for the lifetime of the car." Does the "lifetime" mean lifetime? Plus, at my Tesla account I don't have any option about connectivity upgrade or purchase. The serviceman at SC was agree about it should be included, the question why its not working at vehicle he can't answer.
