Rear bumper scratch by Uhaul employee

Hi everyone! My baby MYP was scratched accidentally by uhaul employee when they are attaching the trailer. I would really appreciate your tips and technique on how I can hide if fix this scratch. Painting is one of the easiest option. But I’ve seen some people use heat gun or torch.

Has anyone had experience on fixing this on their own. I would appreciate if you share your knowledge with me.

I scratched my bumper backing up to my trailer, and I used a black sharpie, a wet microfiber towel, and some fine sand paper to blend it.
You can't tell there was ever a mark on the bumper anymore.

I already filed a claim on their insurance. I hope I get compensated at least and this don’t get filed as a damage or accident. I don’t know what’s gonna happen next. Sucks for me. Had the car for almost 2 year and this is my first scratch. Got ppf on the whole car. The only spot that has no ppf is where I get the scratch. So unlucky.
