Our Plaid S refresh has started notifying us that the rear trunk is open. When we check, it is always closed. Opening and closing the trunk via all buttons and GUI display work fine. One interesting thing to note is that main large display shows the correct status of open or closed. The small driver dashboard and phone app always show it as open though. Seems like a software synchronization issue as all the hardware appears to be working fine. Tried a deep reset hoping it would sync up. No luck. Anyone else ever notice this? Seeing other threads about having the latch replaced we have a service appointment scheduled. The odd thing for us however is that there are no mechanical issues. Seems to be software as the open/closed status does reflect properly on big screen dash.
