Just booked my tire swap with Kar Doctor on Exeter Rd after I pick my car up next week. They’ve got some pretty great reviews online. I’ve talked to the owner Dwayne a few times, he has a MY himself.

All Teslas have jack points designed into the frame. I don’t see why a lift puck is needed. I have owned four Teslas over the past 9 years and have never owned a puck.
A lot of the tire shops may be familiar with Tesla nowadays but when we got our Model 3 in 2018 I was skeptical about their experience with Teslas. The jack points are recessed so I find the pucks to be quite handy, even at home, when I need to position a floor jack directly under the jack points. I put washers on the pucks to hold them in place (on the car) while I get the floor jack in the right spot. Makes it easy to get the jack in exactly the right spot every time.
