You probably can't get Tesla to fix it. But I talked to a Tesla technician last year that experienced the same problem. And the fun thing was he told me unplugged performance had the same issue with their car(not the plaid). All logs shows everything is fine. But the performance droppes fast after a pull or two. I then found a podcast where Randy (the driver) also talks about this issue.
Sadly I wish I had sent the battery to Wk for a "official" diagnosis.
(I actually sent him a message once. But he hadn't seen this issue before).
( I found some old videos a while ago, 80% soc and 70mph top speed.. But "nothing" wrong with my car...)
