Sigh.. I dont think you understood the point I was making but it certainly doesnt matter.
If the point was "you can get the credit and not get a check for $7500/$3750 (for 1H19) when filing your taxes"... then I understood the point... if you were trying to make some other point then yes, I didn't understand it.
I was just adding that if you didn't get the $7500 in a lump sum, that means you got some portion of it throughout the previous year...which is actually better. You absolutely got $7500 of benefit from the credit. It's not debatable.
