Are you SURE its operating normally? i.e change from low, look at the height, and then back to maximum height. You might find the rear is WAY too high.

No. It is clearly not way to high now. Operating as expected with the UP lowering brackets installed.

No big deal either way. Just disconnect the power connector. If you’re really worried, remove the relay that’s easily accessible from the fuse box.

That's a lot of work when you could just unplug the compressor itself. But if you did want to go that route, you'd only need to disconnect the 12V battery. Compressor is not tied into the HV battery.

This. You’re not going to fry the compressor by unplugging it. Pulling the relay is easier than disconnecting the 12V, but your choice if you want to be extra careful.

Yeah. The compressor itself isn’t a “smart” component, it’s just on or off. So unplugging it isn’t doing anything different than when it’s normally powered on or off.

That makes sense. I've also heard that simply enabling Jack Mode can stop the compressor from running?

Correct. With Jack mode on, the car doesn’t adjust height. as the sensors are moved. Which means the compressor would not activate.
