Replacing headlights

My MX has a cracked headlamp lens. Is replacing this just like any headlight that I can do at home or is there more to it like I would I need to recode it at the SC or somethjng?

No need to re program anything. All depends on how comfortable you are with wrenching. The headlight itself has about 5 bolts and you will need to partially uninstall the front bumper in order to access 3 of the bolts and slide the headlight out. look up the video on youtube for how to remove a model x front bumper. this will give you a good visualization.

Im pretty good at doing some light engine work and suspension work for my other cars. Ok thanks I will look into it - thanks for the boost of confidence
