I was wondering if the is a good place for doing a prepurchase inspection in the Seattle area?

I'm wondering the same. Found a 2018 Model X with high mileage. Car appears to be in good shape but do not want to get stuck owing thousands of dollars in out of warranty repairs. Seems like Tesla would have another revenue stream if they would perform PPIs!
