All the Ultra White seats have been the simulated leather. The early white seats still look good compared to the real leather seats made at the same time. The vegan Ultra White came out in the Model X at the very end of 2015 as 2016 model X’s and then those X seats were being installed at the very end of 2016 in the S’s.
