Has anyone else had this issue? Local service center replaced the rubber/foam seals but it's still happening.

Have them look at it again. I had the same issue (not like we get a lot of rain here in Los Angeles), and they were able to fix it.

What was the fix, specifically, if you don't mind me asking? Do you still have the work order copy, or email? Wondering what parts were replaced or fixed. Thanks for your reply.

Happened to my X but SC fixed it. Said rubber/foam seals were misaligned. Apparently it’s common. I know it’s a pain, but you should bring back to service.

They replaced my seals and the water leak stopped, but I'm not terribly happy about the gap now between the seal and the body of the car.

Same. Service center fixed it. Said the rubber channels were "pinched" at a few places.

Its common, happen to us too. Same door also. My son was in the seat though
It was fixed.

Don't mean to criticize but... I don't understand how people haven't figured out how to record video on a cell phone yet. TV's are across not up/down. Just saying....

I had that issue in my 8 mo old X..I had to wait almost 3 months for parts, continually call service to check on them then take it to service (a 600 mile round trip drive). VERY inconvenient for what I consider a NEW car..
