I charged it at 100% and that's what it said on my phone. As to whether it's real or not, I can't tell you, and don't know how to do anything more, unless you can advise.

You should check if the range is set to "ideal" or "rated" in the Display options. 271 mile range on a 2016 X P90D certainly seems to be ideal and completely unrealistic.
