Squeaky sound when releasing brakes

i hear squeaky sounds in the following situations

1. When car starts from rest and driven in rear mode
2. When car finishes reverse and brakes lifted and then going in drive mode

It almost feels like it’s a lubrication issue.

I have the regen braking mode ON.

I have this same issue and scheduled a service appt for this and a whoosh sound when brakes are applied at about 5 miles per hour. I Don't know if it is normal or not.
