Steering wheel buttons and scroll

The voice input button and scroll wheel push no longer work. Scroll wheel turn either turns climate on or off....won’t select choices from menu. Did a soft reset no luck. Any ideas?

Had that happen on my Model S. Mobile service came out and replaced both switches in about 30 minutes.

Just picked up my 2020 Model X and having the same problem.

I have the same issue. The hands free is very frustrating in Tesla’s.
