Stranded due to crap software

So today I was out at lunch and came back to the car it was charging in a public charging spot unplugged my car and noticed some century events so I looked at them and then the car would not start it was frozen on the sentry screen. I waited a few minutes nothing happened so I called Tesla and here is their response. Such a great response after waiting 10 minutes for my car to restart it restarted before they intervened with their remote waking

Just reboot your screen if it's behaving weird. Hold down both scroll wheels on your steering wheel. This is in the manual.

HAHAHAHAHAHA.....Read my posts about the FIVE replacement steering wheel controls I've gone through @ $400 a pop (Due to more *sugar* software) Ive given up on havin steering wheel controls OR A HORN for over a year now. not worth the $400 per year surcharge. #lemon #shitforsoftware
