Streaming trouble

Have had our Y for 13 months. Streaming has always worked as expected. We set up monthly billing after the free first year was about to expire. Shortly after that we started to have an issue. while listening to music or whatever is streaming the song stops then skips to the next song for 10 to 30 seconds then does it again. It will play normally for sone amount and the do it again. This happens when the car is moving or not and in places that I had no problem at before in the y or the model 3. Any known fixes.

Not sure if there is a known fix, but my MY does the exact same. I am still on the trial period though. FWIW, this issue seems to have gotten worse over the last few "updates".

I have the same problem. After I select a song or artist the server selects a sort of sub-genre that matches my selection. I love it, but over the past week or two it skips from some songs before they are finished.

I'll +1 to this.

I've always had this glitch while streaming since day 1 of owning this car. I'm almost nearing 1 year. I always thought maybe my steering wheel button was triggering when hitting a big bump causing the skip, but good to know others are experiencing this now too!

I wouldn't say it occurs as frequent as the OP, but maybe like once a week? I swear it always happens when a good song is on though!
