There is also a Target opening Q2 pin on the Tesla map for Carlton MN, location unknown at the moment, but if I had to guess most likely the Black Bear Casino and hotel complex at the NW corner of Hwy 210 and I-35 exit. There isn't much of anything in Carlton proper for amenities

Once the crew is onsite, it seems to take about a 7-10 days to complete the below grade work and Concrete pouring if required. Marquette, MI SuC is a good example of that.

I wonder what additional supercharger locations could work to fill the pretty long US 2 gap between Spokane, WA and Grand Forks, ND.

In North Dakota, Williston and Minot seem like obvious choices. Maybe add Devil's Lake?
In Montana: Wolf Point, Malta, Havre, Shelby, Kalispell?
In Idaho: Sandpoint

Of those, only Shelby, MT, is actually planned on Tesla's map .
