I live in N. Saanich so will try to drive by once in a while and look for construction actually happening.
The phase 1 is Canadian Tire and has been open for a number of years now. The phase 2 is under construction and I haven't driven by that area for a month or more as it isn't on my normal route. Not sure how close they are to finishing the 2nd buildings or the parking lot. I'll get some pictures today if I have a few spare mins.

I was on the highway today so didn't drive up the side road to take a photo but the superchargers are in place now. They are V3 design....was hoping to see some V4s. I'll get a photo of them this weekend and post.
From yesterday. Later in the day I drove by again and the dispensers were closed up looking finished.
