Looks like it's almost done. Maybe just waiting to final connection/transformer.

This behind the shopping center space was always a bit of a dead space, mostly employee parking and some of the office buildings in the rear which had low traffic. I imagine that with the last couple years the occupancy here has gone down, as has the need for extra parking. There is an EVGO spot to the west of this area. They were one of the first 350 kWh charges I believe in the area.
I would call this location the CRYSTAL SPRINGS SHOPPING CENTER or CRYSTAL SPRINGS VILLAGE which is what everyone knows it is, if the title can be updated. I used to live about 150 yards to the north and would often walk down to the Starbucks there and what used to be some great fun restaurants. Papagayo comes to mind.
Some nice anchor stores are the Safeway, CVS and there used to be a Wells Fargo branch. Lavatories in the Starbucks couldn’t be more than 50 feet away. ;-)
