Just had the following exchange with support via chat:
"Hello,
I just bought a Tesla 3 after being on the waitlist since 03/31/2016! I had previously emailed [email protected] about applying for financing after my order and was told I'd be able to do so through my Tesla account. However, there is no link there.
I chatted about this earlier tonight and was told to go to Credit Application | Tesla. I thought I was all set and ended the chat. However, once I went down to "Vehicle Financing Information" at the bottom of the page, my only car options were Tesla S and Tesla X. What about Tesla 3?!"
With the following responses:
"Well, that's interesting. You may need to email our finance team again"
"Ok. I'm sorry. The website that was provided to is all the information we have. You can still get this handled by the finance team, just email them explaining what it's telling you on the website. I'll have this notated on our side as well."
What gives?
