I got into a minor accident. I have a few issues finding a local repair shop, but was finally referred to AVIO Coach Craft in Van Nuys.
Mitch was the service advisor, and his humor and communication helped me through the entire process.
It took 1 week to get the insurance company to agree to the repair, and send a check.
It took 3 weeks for Avio to get the parts, then my car when it.
It took 3 weeks for them to repair everything.
The fender bender damaged my two passenger doors, rear quarter panel, wheel, and rear bumper.
The doors were replaced.
The quarter panel was replaced.
The bumper was probably sanded/painted.
The car had an alignment to make sure the wheel damage did not damage everything.
I was expecting the car to be out of commission for MONTHS, but it was only weeks.
Really just saying thank you to Mitch and all the great staff over there.
