Tesla repair service is IMPROVING

Torrance did a fast and professional job on my HW3 upgrade. They had me in an out at exactly the promised times and in general things just moved more smoothly than before.

Agree things are improving, though they should always have loaners for S/X customers IMO.

We had a failure of the trunk latching motor on Sunday. Spent 1 hour with Tesla phone help who concluded it was a hardware fault. Called Tesla on Monday morning to be told Ranger would call at 2pm. He was a very pleasant person who explained what he was doing whilst stripping the trunk trim and fitting a new latching motor. He left 30 mins later.
Fantastic service for our first problem since 2017 purchase. Have done 30,000km in Australia including 4 X 1000km trips.
