Tesla Y won't respond to Summon often

I park my 2022 Tesla Y in my narrow driveway using "SUMMON" from outside the car. About 80% of the time it will respond and move so I can enter it. About 20% of the time it will either not respond to "SUMMON" or will respond only after quite a while. I've tried every button on my iphone ap and the "SUMMON" button is not active. I have tried shutting the phone and restating it -- often to no avail. What can I do to have it respond.

Have better connection from either the car to the local cellular tower, or your phone to the local cellular tower, or in other words, not that much.

I dont use it often enough to know that for sure, but I thought I remembered it working outside of what normal bluetooth range would be. I stopped trying to use it on my model 3 in 2019.
