There's no GST and PST when buying used Tesla in BC?

I always thought there's no PST for EV more than 6000km. But I didn't know I don't have to pay GST if I buy a used Tesla in BC. Is that true?

When you buy a used car privately in BC, you only pay PST (no GST) but the PST rate is 12%. But since used EVs are PST exempt, you don't pay any sales tax when you buy a used EV privately in BC. So in other words:

Used ICE vehicle from a dealer: 7% PST, 5% GST
Used ICE vehicle from a private seller: 12% PST

Used EV from a dealer: 5% GST
Used EV from a private seller: No tax
