Thought I would share my "Tesla Experience"!

Backed out of my garage and driveway for the hundreth-ish time today. Here is what buttons I pressed to leave my property;

1. Garage - Activate
2. Garage (to open the Homelink remotes pull down- but not activate the Garage)
3. Gate (to open the gate)
4. Garage (not Garage - Activate)
5. Gate

The Tesla experience!!!!

Couldn't those all be set to automatically activate so no button presses needed (see homelink menu)? I guess it would depend on how close the garage is to your gate. I expect they need to be at least 100 feet apart.

"Hundreth-ish??" Wow. Anyway, what you got is a First World Problem!!

Is it not obvious to Tesla that pressing a button called Garage to get to a button called Gate is unnecessarily confusing?

Homelink button names are customizable. You can call them anything you want: Jet Hanger and Metal Prison Bars for example!

That's cool. But I would still have press Jet Hanger to get to Metal Prison Bars, unless I wanted to activate Jet Hanger, in which case I would not press Jet Hanger, but rather, -press Activate, which is right next to it.
