HW2 literally couldn't tell you if it's a blue sky, because it completely lacks the key element needed to distinguish R/G/B: a B filter in HW2.5/HW3 cars

It could definitely tell you with fair certainty if it's red, though! And for safety, that's all that matters. Right, Elon 2016?
