I’m sorry if this is a very dumb question. And to give you some background. I’ve been towing with my model X for many years and I have been installing this bossal accessory hitch many times.
But I can’t for the life of me put it in on my new 2023 model X
The key is in unlocked position, it’s aligned with the red dot, just like it’s supposed to be. I cannot get this to go all the way up, so it snaps to locking position.
What am I doing wrong?
